Yolanda Walther-Meade Moves from ICF's Board to International Advisory Board

Yolanda Walther-Meade announced her retirement from ICF’s board of governors at the end of 2006, to join our International Advisory Board. Yolanda has served on ICF’s board of governors since 1998 providing leadership as Chair for the Special Events Committee, acting as co-chair for the first ICF-FIC binational Gala in September of 2006. As a board member of FIC, our sister foundation, she has been an important liaison fostering a strong collaborative relationship between the two foundations. ICF is tremendously appreciative of the long-standing service provided to us by Yolanda, and we look forward to her on-going involvement as an advisory board member.
