Connie Tooker joins ICF's Staff

Connie Tooker joined ICF as Assistant Office Manager in October of 2006. As part of her responsibilities, Connie will serve as an assistant to the President & CEO as well as provide support with the grant making process and other administrative duties. Connie graduated from the University of Redlands in May of 2006, with a BA in International Relations and Spanish, where she was awarded the South American Culture Award. She has studied abroad in Ecuador to explore and learn the indigenous and cultural aspects of the Andean region, and has also studied abroad in Santiago de Chile for 6 months, where she gained knowledge of this emerging socio-economic country.
