Historical Site Preservation Fund for Baja California

Corredor Historico CAREM A.C. is a foundation consisting of Baja Californians and other interested people. Our purpose is to identify, protect, preserve, restore and present to the public historical and cultural sites in Baja California. One very important goal is to preserve and present to the public the California Mission Sites that are located in Baja California, Mexico. Some of our other projects include a library specializing in information about the State of Baja California, Mexico, restoration of historical Campo Alaska en La Rumorosa including the development of a museum at that site, the development of an interpretation center for the Missions at the Guadalupe Valley site, projects to aid the indigenous communities, and educational seminars, books, and materials on the history of Baja California.
